ACROSS THE BORED 
I have always used the Betty crocker recipe, so much so that I now have it memorized. Last time I was home at mom’s and tasted the ones made from a mix I was reminded why I have always gone through the extra trouble. ;) I love pancakes, but they have to be made from scratch!

They’re really not all that hard to make. I think we reach for mixes just because they’re handy and quick. Great photo!
