    I know it is stating the obvious but sometimes in retail you do have to think that all people are stupid or have no common sense. Think about the woman who sued Mc Donalds because the coffee was hot and she burnt herself. I never worked in retail but i did work in hospitality and oh my I have the strangest tails about the idiocy of people.

    Then again maybe i had a bad experience.
