Not even July and they’re blooming.
Going to be another scorcher again except today we get bonus blazing sunshine. In backyard news, while the poor flowers struggle to gain a decent foothold the hostas are gigantic – who knew that potting them for the duration of construction would be so beneficial.

By the way- glad to see you are back to blogging here! I took a 10 year break and just started back myself – used to blog under NMNPHX but I’ve started fresh with a new site. So many bloggers I interacted with when I was last active are no longer active here on WordPress!

I had never heard of hostas until I read your post! I love that color of green.
