The span of a year is 365 unique days – 8760 sometimes long hours – 525,600 quickly ticking minutes and a million thoughts and ideas – in it Across the Bored has presumed and postulated, been challenged, asked to think and launched a particular view out into the megaverse to be caught up readers, friends and visitors near and far. It has been an interesting experiment, one whose results are quite different than those anticipated at the outset – one that has strayed far from the confines of its original inception, outgrown its first hesitant forays to engage happily in a full-blown dialogue between not only blog and viewer but interestingly, form and content.
To take a line from James Brown:
I feel good, I knew that I would, now
So good, so good, I got you
Happy First Blogiversary!

Congratulations on the one year mark! And I have to further congratulate you on maintaining such a regular (and quite prolific) posting schedule. I am two years in and I still haven’t mastered a regular posting schedule. Good luck on another year. I know I haven’t been visiting as regularly but I always enjoy catching up with Across the Bored.

Just had to take the last couple of days off due to travel fatigue but will try to get back on track this week as old routines kick in – It’s not always easy to be consistent especially when other things get in the way… Thank you so much for being there!

A return happy blogiversary to you! How true it is how the concept or content of the blog changes and almost takes on a life of its own from where you first envision it. That is part of the fun of it — finding your voice, and listening to others. Cheers to year two!
